Customer support and service

Customer Services are available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Calls to our customer services number are charged at national rates.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order when it is submitted stating the total amount including shipping charges. You will receive a receipt of purchase with the goods when they are delivered. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will corrected as soon as possible.



Delivery

Delivery Schedule
  • Despatch normally within 24 hours.
  • Delivery within 2 - 5 working days
  • Subject to stock availablility

Delivery Options
  • Free delivery on many products.
  • Next day delivery available at a charge of £3.50.
  • Some products of a certain weight and volume carry a surcharge. These products will be indicated and include next day delivery.
  • In the event of purchasing more than one item, only the highest carriage charge will be applied.

Returns, Refunds

In the event of a need to return your purchase, contact our customer service team on 08700 733455 for a returns ref. Please return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels, within 30 days, for a replacement or refund for the cost of the returned items (not including shipping costs.)

We recommend that you request a certificate of posting on despatching your goods. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.

Please note that we do not accept the return of computer software, CD's, DVD's or videos.

If Replacement items need to be sent out they will incur a shipping charge relevant to your delivery address.

In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel you order for within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have to pay the return shipping.



Faulty Goods

We will replace any faulty goods within a reasonable time if the goods are faulty.

All complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.



Security and Privacy

Your orders are sent to us via a Secure Page on our web site and transferred to our Mail Order Department using encryption. This means that others cannot hack into your credit card details or obtain any other personal information from our order form.

The information that is collected is that which is given at the time of ordering.

Information that is collected is used in our order dispatch process, track order history and speed order placement in the event that a customer reorders from us.

You will only be sent marketing material if you subscribe to our e-mailing list.



Consumer law

We meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force including:

  • The Sale of Goods Act 1979;
  • The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
  • The Consumer Credit Act 1974;
  • The Trade Descriptions Act 1968;
  • The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the 1994 Regulations; and
  • The Consumer Protection Act 1987.


Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.
